The Trim Kitchen Cook book is designed for those who enjoy food, but want quick, easy, healthy recipes for the whole family and to lose weight through sound nutrition and healthy principles. The recipes are easy economical meals, which are high in nutrition, but low in fats and sugars. These days, it is all too easy to focus on either the high fat fast-foods which are so readily available or the instant quick-fixes of pre-packaged diet foods in order to lose weight.

The most important aspect of healthy cooking is to count nutrients rather than calories. This allows us to concentrate on the quality and variety of foods we eat and ensures we have a balanced and varied food intake. We also suggest you count your daily intake of fat grams, aiming for an intake of around 16 to 24 grams. We’ve done all the hard work for you, so all you have to do is cook these nutritious meals we know the whole family will enjoy!
